Room was spacious and bed was comfy. This hotel have a nice Bar and a Starbucks inside the hotel too as well. Ideal for families and prices are very reasonable as this hotel is very great. Best Option for people visiting Bristol, Cotswolds and Bath which all can be done in a day trip but you need to have your own car. Plenty of Parking just get your

The hotel is very close to the M4 and has a huge parking space so it's perfect if you are travelling by car, you don't need to worry if there is gonna be enough space. It also has a Starbucks and a great pub (where the food is delicious) in the lobby. The room was very nice, clean, modern look, a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff all throughout the hotel were very nice and helpful. If I am going in this direction I will definitely stay there again. PS: There is a gym and a pool for which you pay extra, so you know.

Very well kept, from the gym to the poolside area, and the restaurant to the lift. My room, was immaculate with staff to hand at all times. After a long tiring day starting with a long drive. Tom (receptionist) made my stay exceptional. He handled all my affairs with a smile and professionalism other hoteliers could learn a lot from, of course I will be returning. I attempted to rebook tonight. However, the village was fully booked - no surprise. Not a single bad word to say. Tom, keep up the good work and I hope they promote you one day.

Great staff. Friendly, informative, polite and efficient. Great greeting at check in. Nice bedrooms, good bedding . Lounge/bar area is comfortable and cosy. Free parking for weekend guests.

Really nice stay for the purpose of going to the rugby in Cardiff. Really comfy bed, tv nice, room generally nice, perhaps a little small. Bar and restaurant were good, and breakfast was also good. No real complaints.

This is a no staff reception… You have to book yourself in and organise your own key card. I’ve never done this before ever in my life but it literally took me less than five minutes to work out what do. Modern hotel etiquette and I quite like it

Very modern and well equipped and comfortable bedrooms, nice and quiet, also excellent air conditioning in the rooms, tea and coffee making facilities, large HD TV well laid out rooms, all the staff in the hotel are friendly, attentive and helpful, the bar food is excellent, there is a starbucks in the hotel, also sauna, pool and gym, plenty of onsite parking, about 4- 5 miles from the city centre dependant on where you are going and which route you take - i loved it here and will be coming again soon!!

Good location and amenities, parking wasn’t an issue. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was great and the bed was super comfy

Smart room and convenient for our purpose. Most of the staff we encountered were pleasant. Had we been allowed to use the touch screens without help we would have known about entering number plate.
